Good grief - where to start? Two sides to this, one is the gizmos, the other is on the media it's self, the stuff you're playing on it. Gizmos go from a glut of MP3 players to Playstation 3 and the fight between HD DVD formats (HD and BlueRay). You might need to be lest vague.

IPOD have submitted a request for a new Mobile phone IPOD unit. There solicitors placed a patent a week or so ago. This will be one serious gadget and they will also be setting up movies to download direct and music

Samsung have shown a new flexible LCD screen, it is wafer thin and looks like a peice of transparent plastic with a fine mesh inside.

Imagine the possiblities, you can have a screen that rolls up into your pocket, or one that pulls out fron your watch or mobile.

    Just awesome.

Sonys x2ooo series tv's are now available in the Uk so for the first time we have genuine HD tv's and not the crap we've been peddled up to now that the US and Japan wouldn't touch because it's old technology. These sets and the first here with 1080i and 1080p defintion that means we get the real HD picture on fast moving images like sport for example.

Anyone buying HD upto now had been fooled into buying a half way house tv.

Prices are 40" £2999, or a 46" £3999 with little negotiation on price because of low availablility and high demand but Sony are giving a free 4yr manufacturers guarentee.

This is the first HD tv worth buying and i'll be ordering one very soon.
